I heard of beadID very soon after the product launch. I immediately purchased some items and also a gift certificate. The response was quick and professional. The items were gift-wrapped beautifully and a free gift was included. Initially, there was some confusion about where the gift certificate was, but it was promptly investigated by the beadID team. (It turned out the email had been treated as junk mail by my server!) When the thread on one of the beadIDs broke, the customer service was again professional and responsive. I find I keep my favourite beadID and the little black pouch in my handbag so that when I need to go "hands-free", I can quickly grab what I need.
