beadID would like you to please read carefully the following terms & conditions of use. If you proceed to visit and to purchase products from the contents of this site, you agree, understand and accept these terms & conditions of use.

1 Terms of Use

The beadID website (the 'Website') is owned and operated by beadID Aust Pty Ltd ACN 164560963. Your access to this Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document (collectively known as the 'Terms of Use'). Your use of, and/or access to, the Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use. beadID reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. The Website is intended to apply internationally to residents located throughout the world.

2 Your Obligations

You must use the Website in a responsible manner. You must not:
(a) use the Website for any activities to post or transmit via the Website, any information or materials which breach any laws or regulations, infringe a third party's rights, or are contrary to any relevant standard or codes;

The Website also contains products offered for sale. Some of the information provided on the Website concerning the products may be information from third parties. beadID is not responsible for the accuracy of this information or the suitability or quality of the products and services of the third parties.

6 Prices, Products and Services are Subject to Change

All prices displayed and products offered for sale on the Website are subject to change without notice.

7 No Reliance On Information

The information contained in the beadID Website is presented for the purpose of outlining particular products listed for sale. All information contained on the site, including information relating to third party products, is for information purposes only.

8 Licenses and Idea Submissions

beadID shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the submissions, including the right to publish on the Website or elsewhere and to use the submission, including any suggestions, ideas, etc. contained within. You agree that you shall have no recourse against beadID for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communication to us.

9 Indemnity By Entering Into the Website.

You agree to indemnify beadID from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (whether in tort or in contract including and without limitation, negligence) arising out of or in any way connected to the use of the Website by you.

10 Disclaimer

Some legislation such as the Australian Trade Practices Act (Commonwealth) 1974 and other similar consumer protection laws and regulations in other countries may confer you with rights and remedies relating to the provision of goods or services to you by beadID via the Website which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (your 'Statutory Rights'). beadID excludes all conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute save for your statutory rights.
Save for your Statutory Rights, in respect of the Website:
All material on the Website is provided to you without warranties of any kind, either express or implied;
beadID expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose;
beadID does not warrant that the functions contained in any material on the Website or your access to the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that any defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server which stores and transmits material to you are free of viruses or any other harmful components;
beadID does not warrant or make any representation regarding your access to, or the results of your access to, the Website including its correctness, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability or otherwise;
You solely assume the entire cost of any necessary verification, maintenance, repair and/or correction of any relevant information contained on the Website.
To the extent permitted by law, including but not limited to any act or omission on the part of beadID, beadID will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expense whether direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential, including loss of profits, suffered by you or claims made against you which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access, the Website.
You expressly acknowledge that beadID does not exert control over users of the Internet and is not liable for damage suffered by you, either directly or indirectly, as a result of you accessing the Website.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, beadID's liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded by the Terms of Use is limited, at the option of beadID, to one or more of the following:
In the case of goods supplied by or offered by beadID;
The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
The repair of such goods;
The payment of the costs of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods;
The payment of the costs of having the goods repaired.

12 Miscellaneous

beadID relies upon your continued observance of the Terms of Use. In the event that beadID suffers loss or damage or incurs any costs associated with any breach of the Terms of Use or any associated legal obligation, you agree to indemnify beadID for those losses, damages and costs.
The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of New South Wales and Courts of Appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning the Terms of Use.
beadID do not make any claims that the information is appropriate or may be downloaded in all areas, countries or jurisdictions. Access to the information contained in this Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the beadID Website you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of Law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement which will continue in full force and effect.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
If beadID does not act in relation to a breach of the Terms of Use by you, this does not waive beadID's rights to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches of the Terms of Use by you.

13 Termination

The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by beadID. beadID may terminate the Terms of Use and your access to the Website at any time without notice. In the event of termination, all restrictions imposed on you by the Terms of Use and/or disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use will survive.

Spam Statement

beadID is committed to complying and observing its obligations at all times under any relevant Spam legislation and regulations in any Subject Country (for the purposes of this statement 'Subject Country' means the country in which the customer accesses the beadID on-line software and website).
beadID assures you that:
(i) beadID has crafted an internal policy to educate its staff and implement clear guidelines and rules in relation to the dissemination of commercial electronic messages;
(ii) you are at liberty to unsubscribe from any mailing list which you have previously subscribed. If for any reason there appears to be no facility to be removed from the mailing list, please send us an email to advising of your wish to unsubscribe or you may call 1300 774 122, and
(iii) beadID will not use address-harvesting software for any reason.
To assist beadID in combating Spam we request you assistance with the following:
(i) if you receive an unauthorised commercial or offensive message, which appears to originate from the beadID email address, please assume that is has been sent in error and notify us immediately at;

beadID recognises and values the protection of your personal information. beadID also recognises our customers' concerns about the collection of their personal information and how beadID will use that information. beadID observes and is governed by all relevant privacy legislation and regulations in the Subject Country (for the purposes of this policy 'Subject Country' means the country in which the customer accesses the beadID online software and website).

1 What Information Do We Collect From Our Customers?

When becoming a registered member of the beadID online software and website you may be asked to supply personal information such as your:

2 Personal Identification

2.1 Personal Information via the beadID website and online software

Cookies make using the website easier by storing information about your preferences on this website. This allows the site to be tailored to you on any of your return visits. Cookies will not identify you personally. 2.2 Your responsibilities
beadID may provide you with a username and password to access the beadID online store. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password at all times.
2.3 Your option not to provide your personal information
Giving your personal information to us is absolutely optional, however if you do not provide it we may not be able to contact you or give you access to certain benefits such as completing a sale transaction online. Whenever it is optional for you to provide information, we will make this clear to you. By providing your personal information you are deemed to have consented to the use and disclosure of that information as outlined in this privacy policy.
beadID may run giveaways or offer added benefits to you and we may ask you to provide us with your personal details for these purposes. Giving this information to us is absolutely optional, however if you do not provide it we may not be able to contact you or give you access to those benefits. Whenever it is optional for you to provide information, we will make this clear to you. Members have the right to opt out of these additional communications and can do so by requesting this in writing to beadID.

3 Use and Disclosure Of Information

Your personal information, including your e-mail address, will be used for two primary purposes. First it will be used to ensure the proper function of the beadID website and online software. Secondly, it will be used for marketing, planning, product development and research requirements of beadID and participating third parties contracted to beadID.
Specifically, beadID will not use or disclose or permit the use or disclosure of personal information that could be used to identify an individual member in any circumstances except:
(a) to ensure the proper functioning of the beadID online software in relation to the member in question (for example, to confirm membership and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, to seek the member's views on the operation of the beadID online software in order to improve member service, to ensure the integrity of the online software and database by participating third parties contracted to beadID, to communicate promotional offers and special events)
b) where personal member information is to be used by a participating third party contracted to beadID for marketing, planning product development or research and the participating third party is bound by a confidentiality agreement with beadID.
Your personal information may also be used or disclosed if
(a) beadID is required or authorised by law or if it is reasonably necessary to enforce the law; the information is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim; or
(b)there are reasonable grounds to believe that disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health;
(c) you have given express consent to beadID for a prescribed purpose.
beadID will not sell, distribute, rent, license, disclose or reveal, share or pass the information onto any third parties, other than those who are contracted to beadID to keep the information confidential subject to any statute or scheme and to all relevant privacy legislation and regulations in the Subject Country regarding the handling of personal information.

4 Sending Information Overseas

You consent to beadID disclosing your personal information to other third parties contracted to beadID located outside the Subject Country. beadID will take all reasonable steps to ensure that such recipients respect the confidentiality of this information by abiding by equivalent privacy laws and regulations required in the Subject Country.

5 Security of Your Information

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information collected from you that we use or disclose is accurate, up to date, complete and stored in a secure environment accessed only by authorised beadID personnel.
Please keep in mind that no information transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We will endeavour to protect your personal information; however we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from our online software. These activities are conducted at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will use our reasonable efforts to ensure its security.

6 Credit Card Information

beadID uses PayPal to process all sales. Please view their website for further information.  beadID does not directly hold any payment information other than billing address and a contact email on its servers.

8 Third Party Advertising Services

beadID may utilize certain third-party advertising services (e.g. organizations such FastClick, Google) to display advertising for our advertisers. 9 Unsubscribe From beadID's Email Database

You can unsubscribe from the beadID email database through your beadID Account. Simply log on to your Account, select Update Account and at the bottom of the page change your preference for receiving information.

10 How Can I Access, Correct or Update My Information?

You can always access the information and content that you provide to us. If the change to personal information impacts your membership to the beadID online store you will need to provide beadID with your beadID personal information in order to edit your registration information. If you wish to access or modify personal information that you have provided to us, you may do so through our website at Log on to Your Account and select Update Account.

Sale Terms and Conditions

1 Scope

All goods ("Products") supplied by beadID are supplied on these terms and conditions.

2 Order Acceptance

No order shall be binding on beadID until accepted by beadID. An individual contract for the supply of Products, on these terms and conditions, is formed on acceptance by beadID of an order from the Customer. beadID reserves the right to accept any order in whole or in part. Where beadID makes a part delivery of any order, such delivery shall constitute a separate contract.

3. Cancellation of Orders

Should you wish to cancel your order you will need to send us an email at with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line. This cancellation email will need be received by us prior to your order being shipped from our depot at beadID. Should your order already have been dispatched from our depot then you will need to accept receipt of delivery of your purchase and then follow our procedure for returns and refunds.

4 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full and on checkout in the online shopping cart without set off or deduction beadID will investigate any disputed amounts, and if resolved in favour of the Customer, a credit will be issued to the Customer.

5 Title to Products

Ownership in the Products does not pass to the Customer until the Customer has discharged all outstanding indebtedness, whether in respect of the Products or otherwise, to beadID. Risk in the Products will pass on delivery to the Customer. Delivery may not be refused by the Customer.

6 Delivery

6.1 beadID reserves the right to charge for delivery of the Products at any time, notwithstanding that it may not have previously done so. Administrative fees may also be imposed for orders under certain dollar values. Where prices are stated as inclusive of delivery, delivery is to the delivery point specifically accepted by beadID.
6.2 A handling fee may be incurred on all orders.

7 Return of Damaged Goods

7.1 Any Products which are damaged or defective, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer's order, or which the law provides may otherwise be returned to beadID. The Customer must notify beadID within 3 days of receiving delivery that the item is damaged or defective and then ensure the item is returned to beadID within 14 days of the original dispatch date of your order. beadID will also refund postage incurred however you will need to send a copy of postage receipt with your package. A credit or exchange will be offered to the Customer.
7.2 The Customer may otherwise return Products to beadID and obtain a credit:
(a) provided that it does so within 14 days of delivery and a return authorisation is obtained from beadID; and
(b) provided that the Products are in their original packaging, unopened, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition;
(c) at the Customer's own expense; and
(d) on the basis that risk in the Products remains with the Customer until the Products are received by beadID.
7.3 Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause 7, beadID will not accept a returned Product where the Customer has caused the Product to become unmerchantable or failed to take steps to prevent the Product from becoming unmerchantable or the Product has become damaged by abnormal use whilst in the possession of the Customer.

8 Liability

8.1 Except for those required or implied by legislation, beadID gives no express warranty in relation to products and services supplied to the Customer, and the Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representation or warranty made by or on behalf of beadID. Certain legislation may imply conditions and warranties into these terms and conditions. To the extent that such conditions and warranties may lawfully be excluded, all such conditions and warranties are expressly excluded. The liability of beadID under or arising out of the supply of goods and services for breach of any term, condition or warranty implied in or imposed upon the supply of goods and/or services by legislation, shall be limited, at the option or beadID to:
(a) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
(b) the repair of the goods;
(c) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
(d) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired;
8.2 Except to the extent the law provides that liability is not able to be excluded, beadID shall not be under any liability to the Customer in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential or indirect loss or damage or loss of profits, loss of use or loss of data) however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the Products, any services supplied by beadID or the failure of beadID to comply with these terms and conditions.

9 Conflicts

These terms and conditions will apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions contained in the Customer's order. In the event of any inconsistency, beadID will be deemed, by delivering the Products to the Customer or supplying services to the Customer, to have made an offer to the Customer to sell the Products or supply the services pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer will be deemed to have been accepted if the Customer retains the Products or accepts the services. beadID reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

10 GST

All prices listed on the beadID website are inclusive of GST. Any consideration and all other amounts to be paid from a purchase through the beadID online shopping store will be liable for GST. Upon checkout beadID will issue a tax invoice showing the amount of GST applicable for the particular purchase.

11 Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

12 No Waiver

The failure by beadID to exercise, or any delay in exercising, any right, power or privilege available to it under these terms and conditions will not operate as a waiver thereof or preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or power.

beadID use the Australia Post Postal Service. Postage and handling within Australia is based on the size, weight and destination of your parcel. Delivery of up to 48 products is via Australia Post's Parcel Post service.  Express Post is also available.

If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address or PO Box if more convenient. If you are not able to accept the goods in person Australia Post will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered. You will require household ID to collect your parcel from the post office. After 21 days, if the goods have not been collected they will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods your member account will be credited the full purchase price (excluding postage), and held in credit for future online purchases. You will not receive a refund for these goods.
beadID will be able to track any parcel it has dispatched and will resolve any issues with Australia Post on your behalf.

All currency figures are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For all orders we use Registered International Post.
All goods will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure they have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address or PO Box if more convenient.
If the goods are unable to be signed for please refer to your local Postage Company for instruction. If goods remain unclaimed and are returned to beadID your member account will be credited the full purchase price (excluding postage), and held in credit for future online purchases. You will not receive a refund for these goods.

3 International Customs

Please be aware if you are ordering for International deliveries you warrant, understand and agree to the following:

  • Customers are liable for any relevant customs charges, duties or tariffs for their country.
  • Customers understand that if the goods sent from us are impounded by customs, delivery charges and cost of goods will not be refunded.
  • Customers understand that if the goods are returned, the customer will be charged for all shipping charges (to and from the customer)

beadID hopes that you are satisfied with the products that you order from us online. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase then please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as you receive your product. If you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund, then we ask that you follow the instructions detailed below to ensure that your request is processed efficiently.
The following constitutes the terms upon which we will accept and process returns. By ordering from us online you agree to these terms.

1 Authorisation

All returns must first be authorised by beadID before they can be accepted. To request authorisation, you must download a Return Authorisation Request Form from our website here. Please fill this out and either scan and email or fax it to us (our contact details are shown on the form). We may decide in our absolute discretion whether to authorise the return.
We will attend to your request as soon as possible, and you will receive our response by email. If we authorise the return, then we will issue you with a "Return Authorisation Number". This number must be included with the returned goods, otherwise they may be returned to you at your expense.

2 Returns

Australia: All returns must be received at dispatch within 21 days of the date of original dispatch of your goods, otherwise they will be returned to you at your expense.
International: All returns must be received at dispatch within 30 days of the date of original dispatch, otherwise they will be returned to you at your expense.

3 Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange then you will need to indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form, as well as the reason. For example, the reason might be one of the following:
* the goods are faulty;
* the goods are not as described;
* you have simply changed your mind.
Please also specify the style name and code of the goods you would like to receive in exchange for the originals.
We will credit you with the amount paid for the original goods, excluding delivery, and charge your account for any difference in price of the replacement goods. If the original goods were returned because they are faulty, not as described, or do not fit correctly, then we will pay for the delivery of the replacement goods. Otherwise, your account will be charged for the delivery of the replacement goods.
All goods will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department to verify the reason for their return. If we deem that the reason is not genuine, then your account will be charged for the delivery costs of the replacement goods.

4 Refunds

If you would like to obtain a refund for the returned goods, then please indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form as well as the reason. We may authorise you to return goods ordered online in exchange for a full refund, including the original cost of delivery where the goods are faulty, or not as described.

5 Cost and Risk of Return

In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at our dispatch location safely. We do not accept responsibility for goods that fail to arrive in their original condition. For this reason we encourage you to insure the goods against loss or damage while in transit. You must also pay for the cost of returning the goods unless we deem them to be faulty or not as described, in which case we will credit you for the cost of returning the goods.

6 Transfers of Property in the Goods

Property in the goods is passed to you as soon as they are dispatched from our warehouse.

7 Goods Must be Returned in their Original Condition

Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Goods must be returned unsoiled or undamaged and must include the original receipt.

8 Time for Processing

Returns will be processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the goods at the point of dispatch. You will be notified by email once refunds have been processed. We will attempt to deal with any product issues as promptly and professionally as possible.

9 Colours

The staff at beadID will attempt to reproduce the products as accurately as possible. We have made every effort to ensure that each beadID is photographed with its true colour display. However we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

10 Authority to Credit/Charge Your Account

By submitting the Return Authorisation Request Form you authorise us to credit or charge your account in accordance with the above terms and conditions using the details provided by you in effecting the original transaction.
