beadID may utilize certain third-party advertising services (e.g. organizations such FastClick, Google) to display advertising for our advertisers. These third-party services may place a cookie on your computer for the purposes of ad tracking and presentation. beadID does not share personally identifiable visitor information with its advertising services.
9 Unsubscribe From beadID's Email Database
You can unsubscribe from the beadID email database through your beadID Account. Simply log on to your Account, select Update Account and at the bottom of the page change your preference for receiving information.
10 How Can I Access, Correct or Update My Information?
You can always access the information and content that you provide to us. If the change to personal information impacts your membership to the beadID online store you will need to provide beadID with your beadID personal information in order to edit your registration information. If you wish to access or modify personal information that you have provided to us, you may do so through our website at www.beadid.com.au. Log on to Your Account and select Update Account.

Sale Terms and Conditions
All goods ("Products") supplied by beadID are supplied on these terms and conditions.
2 Order Acceptance
No order shall be binding on beadID until accepted by beadID. An individual contract for the supply of Products, on these terms and conditions, is formed on acceptance by beadID of an order from the Customer. beadID reserves the right to accept any order in whole or in part. Where beadID makes a part delivery of any order, such delivery shall constitute a separate contract.
3. Cancellation of Orders
Should you wish to cancel your order you will need to send us an email at email@example.com with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line. This cancellation email will need be received by us prior to your order being shipped from our depot at beadID. Should your order already have been dispatched from our depot then you will need to accept receipt of delivery of your purchase and then follow our procedure for returns and refunds.
4 Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full and on checkout in the online shopping cart without set off or deduction beadID will investigate any disputed amounts, and if resolved in favour of the Customer, a credit will be issued to the Customer.
5 Title to Products
Ownership in the Products does not pass to the Customer until the Customer has discharged all outstanding indebtedness, whether in respect of the Products or otherwise, to beadID. Risk in the Products will pass on delivery to the Customer. Delivery may not be refused by the Customer.
6.1 beadID reserves the right to charge for delivery of the Products at any time, notwithstanding that it may not have previously done so. Administrative fees may also be imposed for orders under certain dollar values. Where prices are stated as inclusive of delivery, delivery is to the delivery point specifically accepted by beadID.
7 Return of Damaged Goods
7.1 Any Products which are damaged or defective, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer's order, or which the law provides may otherwise be returned to beadID. The Customer must notify beadID within 3 days of receiving delivery that the item is damaged or defective and then ensure the item is returned to beadID within 14 days of the original dispatch date of your order. beadID will also refund postage incurred however you will need to send a copy of postage receipt with your package. A credit or exchange will be offered to the Customer.
8.1 Except for those required or implied by legislation, beadID gives no express warranty in relation to products and services supplied to the Customer, and the Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representation or warranty made by or on behalf of beadID. Certain legislation may imply conditions and warranties into these terms and conditions. To the extent that such conditions and warranties may lawfully be excluded, all such conditions and warranties are expressly excluded. The liability of beadID under or arising out of the supply of goods and services for breach of any term, condition or warranty implied in or imposed upon the supply of goods and/or services by legislation, shall be limited, at the option or beadID to:
These terms and conditions will apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions contained in the Customer's order. In the event of any inconsistency, beadID will be deemed, by delivering the Products to the Customer or supplying services to the Customer, to have made an offer to the Customer to sell the Products or supply the services pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer will be deemed to have been accepted if the Customer retains the Products or accepts the services. beadID reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All prices listed on the beadID website are inclusive of GST. Any consideration and all other amounts to be paid from a purchase through the beadID online shopping store will be liable for GST. Upon checkout beadID will issue a tax invoice showing the amount of GST applicable for the particular purchase.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
12 No Waiver
The failure by beadID to exercise, or any delay in exercising, any right, power or privilege available to it under these terms and conditions will not operate as a waiver thereof or preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or power.
Freight and Delivery
beadID use the Australia Post Postal Service. Postage and handling within Australia is based on the size, weight and destination of your parcel. Delivery of up to 48 products is via Australia Post's Parcel Post service. Express Post is also available.
If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address or PO Box if more convenient. If you are not able to accept the goods in person Australia Post will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered. You will require household ID to collect your parcel from the post office. After 21 days, if the goods have not been collected they will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods your member account will be credited the full purchase price (excluding postage), and held in credit for future online purchases. You will not receive a refund for these goods.
For postage and handling to countries outside Australia the postage costs of all parcels will be based on size, weight and destination.
All currency figures are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For all orders we use Registered International Post.

Returns and Exchanges
beadID hopes that you are satisfied with the products that you order from us online. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase then please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as you receive your product. If you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund, then we ask that you follow the instructions detailed below to ensure that your request is processed efficiently.
All returns must first be authorised by beadID before they can be accepted. To request authorisation, you must download a Return Authorisation Request Form from our website here. Please fill this out and either scan and email or fax it to us (our contact details are shown on the form). We may decide in our absolute discretion whether to authorise the return.
Australia: All returns must be received at dispatch within 21 days of the date of original dispatch of your goods, otherwise they will be returned to you at your expense.
If you wish to make an exchange then you will need to indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form, as well as the reason. For example, the reason might be one of the following:
If you would like to obtain a refund for the returned goods, then please indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form as well as the reason. We may authorise you to return goods ordered online in exchange for a full refund, including the original cost of delivery where the goods are faulty, or not as described.
5 Cost and Risk of Return
In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at our dispatch location safely. We do not accept responsibility for goods that fail to arrive in their original condition. For this reason we encourage you to insure the goods against loss or damage while in transit. You must also pay for the cost of returning the goods unless we deem them to be faulty or not as described, in which case we will credit you for the cost of returning the goods.
6 Transfers of Property in the Goods
Property in the goods is passed to you as soon as they are dispatched from our warehouse.
7 Goods Must be Returned in their Original Condition
Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Goods must be returned unsoiled or undamaged and must include the original receipt.
8 Time for Processing
Returns will be processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the goods at the point of dispatch. You will be notified by email once refunds have been processed. We will attempt to deal with any product issues as promptly and professionally as possible.
The staff at beadID will attempt to reproduce the products as accurately as possible. We have made every effort to ensure that each beadID is photographed with its true colour display. However we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
10 Authority to Credit/Charge Your Account
By submitting the Return Authorisation Request Form you authorise us to credit or charge your account in accordance with the above terms and conditions using the details provided by you in effecting the original transaction.
